The easy way to get an Acura Internet Quote

 

As an eCommerce manager for the past ten years I've seen many changes in the way Internet sales work on both the dealership side and on the consumer side. One thing that has not changed is the need to get the information to a customer as fast as possible. One of the things I do on a regular basis is "Mystery Shop" my competition to mainly check out the current market on our vehicles so I can price our vehicles correctly. It still surprises me in this day and age there are times that I don't get a reply or I just get an auto response and nothing else. I can see how frustrating this can be for a customer. I'm frustrated when it happens and I'm not a real customer.

We have run into the same problem at our dealership as there are times that we are just not open or we get many leads at once and it's almost impossible to get to every one in a timely manner. That is until our website provider, Dealer.Com, came up with a solution for us - The ePrice tool. It's really a great idea and helps us get the information to our customers in an incredibly fast manner. Basically I set up our pricing parameters in our back end system and Dealer.Com does the rest. When someone clicks on our Get Your ePrice next to their New Vehicle of choice, our ePrice is automatically generated and emailed to the customer without the need to manually send the price so a customer can get an ePrice at 4AM even though nobody is in our dealership to handle sending the price. Our customers tell us they love it and so do we. It takes price out of the equation so we can focus on the more important details of buying an Acura.
